If you want to schedule a meeting in a building or the use of town facilities, we need to ensure there is no conflict with another scheduled use, you have filled out the liability waiver (if necessary), and if you need use the town zoom account that we don't have another meeting scheduled at the same time in that space.

First read The CSAC Facility Use and Rental Policy

The process is the following steps:

• Review the Windham Calendar, to find an available time for that room/building.
• Fill out the Windham Buildings & Facility Form (i.e. room/ building & optional zoom account).
• Once the CSAC has approved the request, the final step is to add it the the appropriate calendar.
• Which calendar it's added depends on a few factors:
  • If you're requesting something for department, the responsible party will can add it, with an associated agenda, zoom details, etc.
  • If you're requesting something as town wide activity, it will be put in Windham Town Activities by the CSAC with appropriate details
  • If you're requesting something for private use, it will only be added to the Windham Facility Use Calendar, You will see it in the Windham Calendar, but the details will only be available to the CSAC.

Below is a list of calendars you can subscribe to. They've been divided in separate functional areas, so you can decide one(s) you want to display as part of your personal calendar.
