Founded in 1796, Windham is a rural town in Southern Central Vermont with two historic districts on the National Register of Historic Places. We have just under 500 full-time residents, along with a sizable community of second-home owners who call Windham home for part of the year.

- Property tax bills are mailed annually in early August and must be postmarked by Oct 31st.
- Annual stickers and dump passes for the Londonderry Transfer Station are available at the Town Office.
